| Abstract | Advancements in information technology are driving digital transformation in healthcare services, including patient registration processes. Klinik Pratama Rafibra currently employs manual and semi-manual registration systems—utilizing logbooks and separate spreadsheets—which result in issues such as slow registration, long queues, data recording errors, and difficulties in retrieving patient information. This study aims to design and develop a web-based patient registration information system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of patient registration services at Klinik Pratama Rafibra. The study employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach with a qualitative methodology. Data collection was conducted through observations and interviews with clinic staff to identify system requirements. The development stages—comprising requirements analysis, system design, prototype development, testing, and system refinement—followed the RAD methodology. The system was developed using PHP and MySQL and tested via Black Box Testing to ensure all functions operated according to user requirements. The results indicate that the web-based patient registration information system streamlines the registration process, accelerates patient data management, minimizes recording errors, and facilitates rapid, integrated data retrieval. Furthermore, the developed system simplifies patient data management for administrative staff and improves service quality for the public. Thus, implementing a web-based information system using the RAD method offers an effective solution for supporting the digitalization of administrative services at Klinik Pratama Rafibra. | 1 |
