| Abstract | Buku pedoman ini disusun sebagai acuan pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan Integratif (PKLI) bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Farmasi Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Isi buku mencakup standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek, pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, pelayanan farmasi klinik, pelayanan obat resep dan non-resep, serta peran apoteker dalam memberikan pelayanan yang aman, efektif, dan sesuai regulasi. Pedoman ini juga mengacu pada standar nasional pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek sesuai Permenkes RI No. 73 Tahun 2016. This guideline book serves as a reference for Integrated Field Work Practice (PKLI) for Pharmacy students at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. It covers pharmaceutical service standards in community pharmacies, drug management, clinical pharmacy services, prescription and non-prescription drug handling, and the pharmacist’s role in ensuring safe and effective patient care.
