| Abstract | Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a crucial aspect to consider regarding factory employees. OHS refers to a safe working environment free from the risks of accidents and damage, encompassing the condition of buildings, machinery, safety equipment, and the workers themselves. Performance is the outcome of a process, measured over a specific period based on pre-established standards or agreements. The objective of this study is to analyze the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety risk management at PT Mutiara Mukti Farma Deli Tua in 2025. A cross- sectional study design utilizing an analytical observational method was employed. Purposive sampling was used to select the sample, based on inclusion criteria, resulting in a total of 126 employees. Bivariate analysis was conducted using the chi-square test, while multivariate analysis utilized logistic regression. The results indicate a relationship between the implementation of hazard identification and employee performance at PT Mutiara Mukti Farma Deli Tua in 2025 (p-value = 0.002 < 0.05; OR = 1.572). There is also a relationship between the implementation of risk assessment and employee performance (p-value = 0.008 < 0.05; OR = 1.584), as well as between the implementation of risk control and employee performance (p-value = 0.003 < 0.05). The variable most strongly associated with employee performance is risk control, with an OR of 3.501.
