| Abstract | The Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) plays a crucial role in improving service efficiency and supporting decision-making processes in hospitals. This study is aimed to analyze the effects of system quality, information quality and service quality on system use and user satisfaction, as well as the effects of system use and user satisfaction on the net benefits of the HMIS based on the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model. This study employed a quantitative analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 168 HMIS users at Arun Medica Hospital, Lhokseumawe, were selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using univariate analysis, cross-tabulation and multiple linear regression. The results showed that system quality (β = 0.289; p < 0.001), information quality (β = 0.320; p < 0.001), and service quality (β = 0.382; p < 0.001) had positive and statistically significant effects on HMIS use. Furthermore, system use had a positive effect on user satisfaction (β = 0.308; p = 0.001), while both system use (β = 0.470; p < 0.001) and user satisfaction (β = 0.405; p < 0.001) had positive and statistically significant effects on the net benefits of the HMIS. These findings indicate that the successful implementation of the HMIS is influenced by system quality, information quality, service quality, system use, and user satisfaction. Therefore, continuous improvement in these aspects is essential to support more effective and efficient hospital services.
