| Abstract | The E-Puskesmas Information System is a digital innovation designed to improve healthcare services through electronic data management. However, its implementation still faces challenges, including internet network disruptions and integration problems with the BPJS (Social Health Insurance Administration Body) P-care application, which may affect healthcare service effectiveness. This study is aimed to analyze the relationship between the implementation of the E-Puskesmas Information System and the effectiveness of healthcare services at Kampung Persatuan Public Health Center, Tanjung Balai City, in 2026 based on the Performance, Information, Efficiency and Service aspects. This quantitative study employed a cross-sectional design involving 41 healthcare workers selected using the total sampling technique. Data were collected using a PIECES-based questionnaire and analyzed through univariate analysis and Spearman Rank correlation test (α=0.05). Significant relationships were found between Performance (p=0.001; r=0.488), Information (p=0.001; r=0.483), Efficiency (p=0.000; r=0.615) and Service (p=0.004; r=0.437) with healthcare service effectiveness. The implementation of the E-Puskesmas Information System has a positive and significant relationship with healthcare service effectiveness, with the Efficiency aspect demonstrating the strongest correlation.
