| Abstract | The implementation of an electronic-based health information system through "e-Puskesmas" aims to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of healthcare services at community health centers (Puskesmas). The success of e-Puskesmas implementation is influenced by various factors, one of which is technological support (facilitating conditions). Adequate technological support can assist users in operating the system, potentially leading to increased job satisfaction. This study aims to examine the relationship between technological support (facilitating conditions) and job satisfaction within the context of e-Puskesmas implementation at the Talang Rimbo Lama Community Health Center (UPT Puskesmas Talang Rimbo Lama). This is a quantitative study utilizing a cross-sectional design. The study population consists of all 41 users of the e-Puskesmas system at the Talang Rimbo Lama Community Health Center. A total sampling technique was employed, meaning the entire population served as the study sample. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted through univariate analysis to determine the frequency distribution of each variable, and bivariate analysis using the Spearman Rank correlation test (Spearman's rho) at a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The results indicate that technological support (facilitating conditions) for the e-Puskesmas system falls into the "high" category, with a mean score of 3.44. Respondents' job satisfaction also falls into the "high" category, with a mean score of 3.67. The Spearman Rank correlation test yielded a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.775, with a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). These findings demonstrate a positive, strong, and significant relationship between technological support (facilitating conditions) and job satisfaction regarding the implementation of e-Puskesmas at the Talang Rimbo Lama Community Health Center. | 1 |
