| Abstract | The study is expected to demonstrate a relationship between the social work environment and the use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR), as well as a relationship between supporting facilities and the use of EMR. A positive social work environment and adequate facilities are anticipated to enhance the optimal use of EMR systems within primary healthcare facilities. The findings of this study are intended to serve as a basis for evaluation by *Puskesmas* (community health centers) to improve the effectiveness of EMR implementation through the enhancement of the social work environment and the provision of sufficient supporting facilities. | 1 |
