| Abstract | This study aimed to determine the relationship between the transition from manual medical records to electronic medical records (EMR) and the satisfaction of healthcare workers in inpatient services at RSUD Drs. H. Amri Tambunan. This quantitative correlational study used a cross-sectional approach and involved 50 respondents selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a closed-ended Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses, including the Chi-Square test. Most respondents rated the transition as very good (68%), and most reported being very satisfied (72%). The Chi-Square test found a significant relationship between the transition and healthcare worker satisfaction (p-value = 0.001; p < 0.05). | 1 |
