| Abstract | Delays in the availability of radiology results in outpatient Electronic Medical Records may affect the completeness of medical information, medical record verification, and claim administration. Based on the preliminary survey at RSUD Arga Makmur, some radiology results were not available on time, causing officers to perform manual checking and confirmation with the radiology unit. This study aimed to design a User Interface for a radiology result status monitoring system in outpatient Electronic Medical Records at RSUD Arga Makmur. This research used a descriptive method with the Design Thinking approach, consisting of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test stages. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and prototype evaluation questionnaires. The respondents consisted of 10 officers from medical records, radiology, and hospital information system units. The result of this study was the MEDORA prototype, consisting of login, dashboard, radiology result monitoring, report, notification, and setting pages. The prototype evaluation obtained an overall average score of 4.63, categorized as very good. This result indicates that the MEDORA User Interface design was considered easy to use, clear in information presentation, easy to navigate, and suitable for user needs. Therefore, the MEDORA prototype can be used as an initial design for a radiology result status monitoring system in outpatient Electronic Medical Records. | 1 |
