| Abstract | The timeliness of electronic medical record (EMR) reporting is a crucial indicator of hospital service quality and management decision-making. At Besemah Regional Hospital (RSD) in Pagar Alam City, the implementation of EMR in 2026 continues to face challenges regarding reporting delays, which impact operational efficiency. This study employs a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The study population consists of all medical record staff and healthcare professionals involved in EMR documentation. The sample was selected using a total sampling technique (or adjust according to your specific technique, e.g., simple random sampling of XX respondents). Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and direct observation. Data analysis utilized the Chi-Square statistical test for bivariate analysis. | 1 |
