| Abstract | Digital transformation in health services has encouraged the utilization of the Mobile National Health Insurance (Mobile JKN) application to facilitate access to health services, support administrative processes, and improve the effectiveness of medical record services. However, the effectiveness of Mobile JKN utilization is influenced not only by the availability of the application but also by system quality, information quality, users' digital literacy, and network infrastructure. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of using the Mobile JKN application in terms of system quality, information quality, users' digital literacy, and network infrastructure in relation to the quality of medical record services at Mandau Regional General Hospital in 2026. This study employed a quantitative method with an analytical observational design and a cross-sectional approach. The study population consisted of 200 Mobile JKN users, with a sample of 67 respondents determined using the Slovin formula and selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and observation. Data analysis included univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that system quality had a mean score of 4.18 and was categorized as high, information quality had a mean score of 4.09 and was categorized as high, digital literacy had a mean score of 4.02 and was categorized as high, network infrastructure had a mean score of 3.91 and was categorized as high, and the quality of medical record services had a mean score of 4.16 and was categorized as high. The Pearson correlation test showed that system quality had a positive, strong, and significant relationship with the quality of medical record services (r = 0.681; Sig. = 0.001). Information quality had a positive, strong, and significant relationship (r = 0.612; Sig. = 0.001). Digital literacy had a positive, moderate, and significant relationship (r = 0.553; Sig. = 0.001), while network infrastructure had a positive, moderate, and significant relationship (r = 0.471; Sig. = 0.003). Therefore, all independent variables had positive and significant relationships with the quality of medical record services at Mandau Regional General Hospital. System quality demonstrated the strongest relationship among the independent variables. Improving system quality, information quality, users' digital literacy, and network infrastructure should be prioritized to optimize the utilization of Mobile JKN and improve the quality of medical record services. | 1 |
