| Abstract | The accuracy of the top ten outpatient disease reports is important in providing quality health information. Complete data entry in the Electronic Public Health Center (ePus) application is expected to support accurate reporting. This study aimed to determine the relationship between the accuracy of the top ten outpatient disease reports and data entry in the Electronic Public Health Center (ePus) application at UPT Puskesmas PB Selayang II, Medan City, in 2026. This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 48 reports selected using the total sampling technique. Data were collected using an observation checklist and analyzed using univariate analysis and Fisher's Exact Test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that 42 reports (87.5%) were categorized as accurate, while 41 reports (85.4%) had complete ePus data entry. Fisher's Exact Test showed a p-value of 1.000 (p > 0.05), indicating that there was no significant relationship between the accuracy of the top ten outpatient disease reports and ePus data entry. In conclusion, there was no significant relationship between the accuracy of the top ten outpatient disease reports and ePus data entry at UPT Puskesmas PB Selayang II, Medan City. The accuracy of reports may be influenced by other factors, such as staff accuracy, data verification and validation, and compliance with standard operating procedures. | 1 |
