| Abstract | The digitalization of Electronic Medical Records (EMR refers to the transition of patient health records from paper-based media to a digital environment, allowing data to be stored, processed, and accessed through computers in a secure, interconnected, and realtime manner. This quantitative research was conducted at the Outpatient Medical Record Installation of Bhayangkara Hospital, Aceh Regional Police in 2026 to examine the relationship between EMR digitalization implementation and the efficiency and accuracy of outpatient staff work. The population included medical personnel at Bhayangkara Hospital, Aceh Regional Police, totaling 34 respondents; all were used as samples, consisting of 34 staff members. Based on the Chi-Square test, a P-value of 0.000 (P<0.05) was obtained, proving a significant relationship between the quality of EMR digitalization and staff efficiency. Subsequent testing yielded a P-value of 0.006 (P<0.05), thus a significant relationship was also found regarding recording accuracy; these findings indicate that EMR digitalization plays a role in improving the accuracy of patient data and information recorded by staff. | 1 |
