| Abstract | Digital transformation in healthcare services demands integrated and efficient data management. The Rafibra Pratama Clinic still faces challenges in the form of manual pharmacy records, which lead to service delays, inconsistencies in drug stock data, and difficulties in reporting. This study aims to design and build a website-based pharmacy digitalization system to improve the integration and efficiency of pharmacy service data. The research study refers to the concept of an Integrated Health Information System, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), a Database Management System (DBMS), and software development using the Waterfall methodology. This new research focuses on the integration of medication management, prescription, transaction, and pharmacy consultation modules into a single web-based platform tailored to the operational needs of the Rafibra Pratama Clinic. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), and documentation studies. The system was tested using black box testing and user satisfaction testing methods. The results showed that the developed system functioned according to user needs, simplifying pharmaceutical data management, improving recording accuracy, accelerating service and reporting processes, and supporting inter-unit information transmission. Therefore, the website-based pharmacy digitization system can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of pharmacy services at Rafibra Pratama Clinic. | 1 |
