| Abstract | The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in Indonesia is over 70%. The high rate of anemia in pregnant women contributes to the high rate of low birth weight (LBW), which is estimated to reach 350,000 babies annually. Anemia during pregnancy is defined as a hemoglobin level of less than 10 g/dL. If the hemoglobin level is below 12 g/dL in early pregnancy, the study aims to determine the determinants of anemia in third-trimester pregnant women at the Simalingkar Community Health Center in 2026. The type of research used is a Cross sectional design, the population of all pregnant women in the third trimester who came to the Puskesmas in 2026, data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that had been prepared by the researcher and had been tested. Data analysis was carried out univariately, bivariately, and multivariately with the Chi Square test. The results of the bivariate analysis study showed that there was a relationship between adherence to Fe tablet consumption, maternal age, parity, nutritional status, ANC visits with the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women at the Simalingkar Puskesmas in 2026. And the most significant multivariate test was carried out, namely nutritional status PR = 7.550, 95% CI = 16.642 -225.691, Exp (B) = 16.687. And ANC visits PR = 8.554, 95% CI = 15.951-200.369, Exp (B) = 14.505. Pregnant women should have regular ANC checkups so that pregnancy problems, especially anemia, can be detected and addressed early. | 1 |
