| Abstract | Community health centers, as primary healthcare facilities, are required to ensure patient satisfaction as a primary indicator of service quality. At Patumbak Community Health Center, an initial survey indicated a 30% patient dissatisfaction rate, with primary complaints related to nurse communication and inadequate facilities. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy with patient satisfaction with nursing services at Patumbak Community Health Center, Deli Serdang. This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional analytical design, with a sample of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Chi-Square test and multiple logistic regression. Bivariate test results showed a significant relationship between all dimensions of service quality and patient satisfaction: Physical Evidence (p = 0.002), Empathy (p = 0.002), Reliability (p = 0.022), Responsiveness (p = 0.017), and Assurance (p = 0.007). Multivariate analysis results showed that the dimensions of Empathy (OR = 4.150) and Physical Evidence (OR = 3.441) were the most dominant factors associated with patient satisfaction. | 1 |
