| Abstract | Electronic Medical Record (EMR) implementation aims to enhance service quality, yet success hinges on user compliance. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between perceived system usefulness, ease of use, and EMR documentation compliance among healthcare workers at Madani General Hospital in 2026. This study employed a cross-sectional quantitative design with 118 respondents selected via simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and observation, then analyzed using the chi-square test. Results indicate that most healthcare workers perceived the system as neither beneficial (66.1%) nor easy to use (59.3%). Statistical tests revealed significant associations between system usefulness and compliance (p=0.043), as well as between ease of use and compliance (p=0.029). Respondents who viewed the system as beneficial and easy to use demonstrated higher compliance rates. Perceptions of usefulness and ease of use are key determinants of compliance. Hospital management should conduct periodic evaluations, provide continuous staff training, and implement clear reward and punishment policies to ensure EMR completeness, thereby maintaining service quality and legal standing.
