| Abstract | Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is an essential aspect of creating a safe and productive working environment. One of the factors influencing employees' safe behavior is the implementation of effective OSH supervision. This study aimed to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health supervision on employees' safe behavior in the processing department of PTPN IV Rambutan Palm Oil Mill, Tebing Tinggi City, in 2026. This study employed a quantitative explanatory research design using a cross-sectional approach. The population and sample consisted of 42 employees selected through total sampling. Data were collected using validated and reliable questionnaires. Data analysis included univariate and bivariate analyses using the Chi-Square test with a confidence level of 95% (α=0.05). The results showed that 24 respondents (57.1%) had good perceptions of OSH supervision, while 26 respondents (61.9%) demonstrated good safe behavior. The Chi-Square analysis produced a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.05), indicating a significant effect of OSH supervision on employees' safe behavior. It can be concluded that better implementation of OSH supervision leads to better safe behavior among employees. Therefore, companies are encouraged to strengthen routine supervision, safety inspections, personal protective equipment monitoring, and continuous evaluation of OSH programs. | 1 |
