| Abstract | The implementation of a Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is a crucial factor in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare service delivery. However, the utilization of SIMRS at RSU Madani has not yet reached an optimal level. This study aimed to determine the influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social factors, and facilitating conditions on the level of SIMRS utilization at RSU Madani in 2026. This quantitative study employed a cross-sectional approach involving 221 SIMRS users; a total of 142 respondents were selected using proportional random sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using the Spearman Rank test. The results indicated that performance expectancy (r = 0.218; p = 0.009), effort expectancy (r = 0.506; p = 0.000), social factors (r = 0.362; p = 0.000), and facilitating conditions (r = 0.362; p = 0.000) all significantly influence SIMRS utilization. In conclusion, all variables within the UTAUT model significantly affect SIMRS utilization at RSU Madani in 2026, with effort expectancy being the factor that exerts the greatest influence on SIMRS utilization.
