| Abstract | Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) refers to all activities aimed at ensuring and protecting the safety and health of workers through the prevention of work-related accidents and diseases. The implementation of occupational safety is a critical factor influencing workers' compliance with established procedures. This study aimed to determine the Relationship between Occupational Safety Implementation and Safety Procedure Compliance among Field Tally Officers at PT Pelindo TEDS Tally Belawan in 2026. This research was quantitative study employing a Total Sampling method. The population consisted of 40 workers, with all 40 individuals serving as respondents. The analysis results indicated that there is a significant relationship between the implementation of occupational safety and compliance with safety procedures among field tally officers at PT Pelindo TEDS Tally Belawan, with a p-value = 0.001 < 0.05. This suggested that better implementation of occupational safety by the company leads to higher levels of worker compliance in executing safety procedures in the field. It is recommended that workers consistently improve their self-awareness regarding the complete use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The company is expected to enhance routine supervision and provide adequate OHS supporting facilities to create a safe and productive working environment for all field tally officers.
